Update

Our root beer tasted more like just beer. We were supposed to refridgerate it as soon as the bottles were inflated and tight. That should have taken about 4 days. I forgot and left it atleast double that. It smelled a little fishy and tasted just like beer (Oh wait, I don't know what that tastes like). It tasted like what I think beer might taste like. I'll watch it closer next time.
